1001 Inventions : Discover the muslim heritage in our world

The 1001 Invention global touring exhibition which created by Foundation for Sciences Technology and Civilization (FSTC) and being sponsored by Jameel Foundation (JF). Launched their first exhibition on March 2006 in United Kingdom, then travels around Europe untill they met people at London's Sciences Museum on June 2010 with 400,000 visitors. Now this exhibition is continued at New York Hall of Sciences till April 2011. Hope this exposure show you the real world of islam which had their golden ages when europian,american and british overwhelmed by dark ages. Islam will grab their golden age back !!soon....

The power of bismillah...

salamun alaik.. Im just a normal 'naughty' girl before and im just like to share you my unforgettable experience. It was about the miracle of bismillah. One word that made me strong and qowiey!! Before im practising this word, I have heard a lot about its advanatges. The story of a wife has a bad-tempered husband which practising bismillah was very famous at my school. Finally, her husband agreed that bismillah could protact his wife from danger. I was at the end of form 4 when the incident occured. My friends and I was about a month being the heads prefects of Shams. Then, the form 5 students (and others) brought a lot of 'haram' stuff ( usual prob at the end of the year) , One nice evening, my f3 sis(prefect) came and told me that her roomate (f5) brought a handphone. Bebaskan dirimu ~

Naluri manusia memang suka akan kebebasan, acapkali juga orang inginkan bebas seperti bebasnya si burung terbang di awan nan tinggi. Melihat si burung berkicauan merdu dan melepaskan diri beterbangan sangat dicemburui segelintir manusia. Saya juga pernah bermimpi ingin menjadi burung dan duduk di awan-awanan yang putih dan gebu. Namun, ianya masih sekadar mimpi indah dan tetap selamanya mimpi! Masih segar diingatan saya satu rancangan di tv3 yang menemubual seorang calon spm yang ditemui sedang meneguk botol-botol arak di sebuah disko pada malam peperiksaan. Apabila ditanya kenapa, jawabnya ` Bang, tension bang, nak hilangkan stress, esok paper chemist'. Allah... tersentap jiwa ini mendengar jawapannya. Bagaimana agaknya terlintas difikirannya untuk bertindak sedemikian di kala rakan-rakan yang lain berjuang habis-habisan bersama buku dan pena! . Kemudian ada seorang gadis yang juga masih bersekolah, ditanya bangga ke pergi ke disko?,...

Believer and non-believer

Subhanallah walhamdulillah, Allah had gave me chance to join an open discussion about islam at a gospel last saturday. I and my friend arrived a bit late because we're stuck in a traffic jam. Plus, the taxi driver doesn't know the place! We're rounded at the same place more then twice. Then, my friend made up decision to drop off the cab. Alhamdulillah, the gospel was only opppose the place we're standing! I had missed the talk from the first speaker who delivered his paperwork about islamic state. Im not going to mention any name here because "the contain is much more important than the container". As we arrived, a christian man greeted us politely and bring us infront. I greeted the man beside me and smiled. At the time, a blonded-hair women asked the panel about their sexuality freedom, LGBT and the Q&A section continued until almost 1.00 p.m. The are a lot of question from the non-muslim about islamic state.
